Refunds for space bookings depend on the notice given before your start time - see the Cancellation Policy for the applicable notice periods.
03. Events
Event fees may be refundable up to a stated deadline before the start date. After that, fees are generally non-refundable but may be transferable.
04. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
05. Cancellations by FocusHub
Where a session, booking, or event is cancelled by FocusHub, you are entitled to a full refund or a transfer.
