Cancellation terms depend on the space, event, or service you booked. The applicable terms are shown at the time of booking.
02. Notice periods
Longer bookings and event space generally require more notice than short desk or room bookings. The required notice for your booking is confirmed before you pay.
03. How to cancel
Cancel from your dashboard or by contacting us before the notice deadline for your booking.
04. Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations after the deadline, or no-shows, may be charged in full or in part.
05. Changes by FocusHub
If we need to cancel or move your booking, we will offer a transfer or a full refund.
