We use your information to provide and manage bookings, memberships, events, BullishAI referrals, enquiries, payments, and service updates you have asked for.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the platform, or where required by law.
04. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When you delete your account, we deactivate it immediately and stop using it to provide services, but we retain the underlying records for a limited period afterward for audit, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes before permanent removal.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
06. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we encourage strong passwords and care with your account.
