Facility Use Policy

This policy sets out how members, guests, and partners use FocusHub facilities so the space stays safe, professional, and welcoming for everyone.
01. Access
Facility access is for members, confirmed bookings, and invited guests. Please follow check-in procedures and staff guidance.
02. Hours
Standard opening hours apply unless otherwise arranged. After-hours access may be available for specific subscriptions or bookings.
03. Shared spaces
Keep shared areas clean and usable for others. Be considerate with noise, calls, and meeting-room time.
04. Equipment
Use equipment and facilities as intended. Report faults or damage promptly. You are responsible for damage caused by misuse.
05. Safety and security
Follow health, safety, and security guidance at all times. Do not prop open secure doors or share access passes.
06. Guests
You are responsible for the conduct of any guests you bring into the Hub.
